At 17, Connie decided to pursue a career in linguistics and translation, knowing she’d grow up to be an avid traveler and would need solid communication skills in more than one language to adapt to new places and environments.
Despite her love for languages, translation didn’t fulfill her, so she started exploring career options that would allow her to exploit her existing talents and acquire new ones. She worked as an English teacher, interpreter, content writer, and bilingual executive assistant.
